Model is defined as a copy of intended shape of casting which is prepared by suitable materials such as wood, metal etc. to generate the mould cavity.

The designs of intended product for producing and solid modeling are performed wtihin the licensed Solidworks program by our engineers and our technical draftsmen who are experts in their fields. By performing optimal model design in accordance with the purchasing quantity, the casting method and product size, high quality, suaitable price and saving time are ensured.

In our company, models designed as metal are processed within Fadal and Hass branded two vertical machining center; models designed as wood are processed by using Probotsan branded CNC Router within precision of high dimension. Models whose processes are performad and then other phases are also completed are sent to foundry/core room after final inspections are done.
