Sanding

Sanding is an abrasive cleaning process applied in micron level to clean the remaining such as dirt, rust, oil and dye which is segregating on the materials by spraying suitable corrosives.

Endiimak branded 1 festoon machine and 1 rotary sanding machine exist in our company. Ball size, sanding pressure and minimum sanding period are determined by our expert staffs upon our customers’ requests of different surface and quality of view and these are saved into product identity in our quality management system. Sanding process is applied to each part as a standard in our company.
