Maraton Alüminyum Döküm has performed model manufacturing and casting process of aluminum alloys by sand and permanent molding methods at its facility located at Ostim Organized Industrial Region in Ivedik, Ankara within 1800 m2 of facility since 1993.
Despite of being middle scaled, our company becomes one of the leader companies of the sector in a short time within the super-ordinate targets since it was established, desire and ambition to achieve difficulties, paying attention to quality of production and self sacrificing and disciplined studies of all personnel.
The company always prioritizes unconditional customer satisfaction without ever compensating from the production with zero error, advanced technology, modern design notions by targeting to keep the quality standards at the top level with the accumulation of knowledge it has and the expert staff.
Having the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certificate, in our company our products are put into use as soon as possible with integrated processes, serial productions are materialized in the fastest way possible without sacrificing quality and they are delivered the way they were requested. With our production management system that supports our “from one to thousand” approach, your needs can be met by producing both your pieces with few numbers and also your pieces with many numbers with the same flexibility.

Quality Policy
Our company always makes piece production suitable to the demands of our customersand in high quality by prioritizing customer satisfaction. The quality of our products is constantly kept under control before the production, during the production and after the production.
In our company, the analysis of requested composition is controlled and recorded to our system with our spectrometer device before and after the casting. In addition, the temperature of the liquid metal is constantly controlled and followed during the casting.
After the casting, blowpipes, the crakcs, the segregations on the piece are detected with the nondestructive inspection method by our expert engineers. The size and shape controls, the tolerance ratio on the pieces after the casting, surface smoothness and thickness measurements of the product that had passed this phase are made.
The analyses of the mechanical features in our company; tightness, tensile, compression, bending, hardness, corrosion, notch impact tests and the microstructure control are materialized by KOSGEB and various universities and recorded to our quality management systeme.
